Describe the biggest challenge presently facing your organization and its leader in one or two short sentences.

Briefly describe the second most pressing challenge facing the organization and its leader.

State the mission of the organization.

Step 4

What programs, including the two problems mentioned in Steps 1 & 2, are outside or are borderline the overall mission?

If anything could go, what would it be?
